Responsibilities:- Support classroom teachers with daily lesson delivery, activity setup, and group management.
- Work 1:1 or in small interventions with pupils to boost reading, writing, and numeracy skills.
- Create an inclusive, encouraging learning environment for all students.
- Previous experience working with children or young people in settings such as schools, nurseries, sports coaching, or youth work.
- A patient, empathetic, and "can-do" approach to classroom support.
- Strong communication skills with a good proficiency in English and Maths.
- An Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or a willingness to complete a new check).
- Candidates must reside in or within easy commuting distance of Bishop's Stortford (CM23).
- Competitive Pay:Daily rates ranging from £90.00 - £105.00, paid weekly via PAYE.
