Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Integration Development
Serve as a senior member of the Guidewire integrations team, providing technical guidance throughout the design, development, and implementation phases.
Expertly develop integration components using the Gosu programming language.
Design and build robust integration solutions leveraging the Guidewire Integration Framework.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for technical issues arising during and after the implementation phase.
Solution Design & Quality Assurance
Solution Architecture: Design technical solutions that satisfy complex business requirements while maintaining alignment with the overall system architecture.
Code Quality: Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high standards and ensure technical excellence across the team.
QA Standards: Ensure all developed solutions are thoroughly tested and meet the organization's rigorous quality and performance benchmarks.
Stakeholder Management & Process Improvement
Consultancy: Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to translate business needs into technical feasibility.
Project Oversight: Provide consistent updates on project progress and technical milestones to all relevant parties.
Continuous Learning: Stay current with the latest advancements in Guidewire technology and proactively recommend improvements to internal processes and engineering practices.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Guidewire Expertise: Minimum of 4 years of deep, hands-on experience with the Guidewire InsuranceSuite platform.
Integration Development: Minimum of 4 years of proven expertise in Guidewire Integration development using Gosu.
Framework Proficiency: Minimum of 4 years of experience designing and developing solutions specifically using the Guidewire Integration Framework.
Communication: Exceptional ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and clients.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of troubleshooting high-stakes enterprise software issues
