What's on offer?We're offering a fantastic opportunity for Band 5 RGNs to work across various general medical wards. Your ability to adapt and provide excellent patient care is key. You'll be allocated to a ward based on the day's needs upon arrival, ensuring you're always contributing where you're needed most. This role offers both day shifts (long days, earlies, or late shifts) with flexible working patterns.
- Shift Examples:
- Early: 07:30 - 14:00
- Late: 14:00 - 20:30
- Long Day: 07:30 - 20:30
You'll be earning a competitive rate of £21.36 per hour.
Your Responsibilities:- Provide flexible nursing care across various departments, including emergency departments and general medical wards.
- Deliver standard RGN duties, focusing on patient care, accurate documentation, and clinical intervention.
- Adapt quickly to ward allocations based on immediate needs.
- A valid NMC pin.
- A minimum of 6 months' experience within the NHS.
- Mandatory training and DBS on update service
- Immunisation compliance.
- An understanding of hospital environments and patient care protocols.
