Key Requirements
Clinical Background: A strong, proven nursing or clinical background is essential.
Leadership Experience: Currently operating as a Registered Manager or a senior Deputy Manager ready to step up.
Proximity: Must live locally to the home to ensure swift response times in the event of an emergency.
Vision: A desire for a long-term commitment to build stability and maintain high standards of care.
