We are currently recruiting for a number of Client Service Associate positions on behalf of our client, a leading financial institution based in Dublin city centre.
Operating on a hybrid working model, you will join an energetic team dedicated to delivering high-quality support to clients. In this role, you will act as a primary point of contact for customer queries, providing clear, accurate product information and ensuring exceptional service standards across every interaction.
Key Responsibilities- Query Management: Handle incoming customer interactions via phone and digital channels, identifying client needs and directing queries to ensure accurate, timely solutions.
- Issue & Complaint Resolution: Manage, investigate, and resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, adhering to company and regulatory guidelines.
- Product Guidance: Explain financial products, services, and account features clearly to clients to empower informed decision-making.
- Service Excellence: Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering a professional, seamless client experience on every call.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Client Service Team Lead and wider department to streamline processes and maintain quality standards.
- Customer Service Focus: Prior experience in a customer-facing or customer support role (financial services background is a plus, but not essential).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with strong, confident phone etiquette.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to listen actively, assess customer needs, and de-escalate challenging conversations professionally.
- Organisation: High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
