They are seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to join their Fife-based team, providing high-quality leadership and hitting the ground running to ensure the best outcomes for every resident.

Your Role and Responsibilities
Oversee the delivery of high-standard, 24-hour care for vulnerable young people within the home.
Lead a team of support workers in managing early trauma and complex emotional behavioural difficulties (EBD).
Ensure the service maintains clear professional boundaries and strictly adheres to National Care Standards and SSSC requirements.
Manage staff rotas and team dynamics to ensure a consistent, safe, and nurturing environment.
Act as a key point of contact for external stakeholders, including social workers, schools, and community partners.
Maintain a flexible approach to support the needs of the service, including some evenings or weekend oversight.
What we need from you
Experience: A proven background in a residential setting specifically working with young people is essential.
Leadership: Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or senior role within a care environment.
Qualifications: You must hold an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) or an equivalent qualification.
Registration: Must be registered (or eligible to register) with the SSSC and the PVG scheme.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, "can-do" attitude toward team management and problem-solving.
