We are currently partnering with a prominent, specialist provider of children's services in Cupar that supports young people navigating complex social, emotional, and behavioural challenges. Your Role and Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership to ensure the delivery of high-standard, 24-hour care.
Oversee the support of service users dealing with emotional behavioural difficulties (EBD) and trauma-informed needs.
Champion the independence of young people by facilitating access to education and community-based activities.
Uphold professional boundaries and ensure the service consistently meets or exceeds regulatory requirements.
Manage and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to foster a safe, therapeutic environment.
Maintain a flexible approach to leadership, supporting the service across various shifts and holiday periods as required.
What We Need From You
Experience: A proven track record in a senior or supervisory role within a residential childcare setting.
Qualifications: SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) is essential, with a willingness to work toward Level 4 or management qualifications.
Registration: Must be registered with the SSSC (or eligible for registration) and the PVG scheme.
Mobility: A full UK driving licence is highly preferred to support the needs of the service and the young people.
Leadership Style: Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive "can-do" attitude and the ability to inspire a team.
