About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Internal Communications Manager to lead internal and change communications help one of our clients during a major period of transformation, centered on a proposed joint venture. You will play a pivotal role in keeping global employees and leaders informed, engaged, and focused during a period of high-profile change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end internal communications for a high-visibility global transformation programme.
- Develop narrative frameworks, briefing packs, and audience-tailored comms plans for leaders, managers, and global teams.
- Partner closely with Programme, HR, Change, and country leaders to align messaging and prevent duplication.
- Translate complex corporate, legal, and operational strategies into clear, humanized, and engaging communications.
- Advise and constructively challenge senior stakeholders on optimal channel strategy, timing, and tone.
- Measure campaign effectiveness and continuously improve engagement channels.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven track record in Internal Comms & Change Comms within large, matrixed organizations.
- Hands-on experience delivering communications for M&A, joint ventures, carve-outs, or major restructures.
- Exceptional executive stakeholder management with the confidence to advise senior leaders.
- Outstanding narrative creation and copyediting skills-able to strip out corporate jargon.
- High resilience and adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments.
