Schedule: Monday to Thursday | 21:45 - 07:30 (No weekend shifts!)

What We Need From You
- Solid background in care or support work (experience with autism, ADHD, or neurodivergent care is ideal).
- Reliable, alert, and comfortable managing waking night duties independently and as part of a team.
- Based in or able to commute reliably to Falkirk.
- Ready to commit to a consistent Monday - Thursday night routine.
