The Opportunity
We are a highly established, thriving property service group with over 30 years of industry excellence, multiple UK locations, and a 500+ strong team.
Sitting directly behind our business development team, you won't be cold-calling. Instead, you'll be the engine room of our growth, taking warm, qualified inbound enquiries from developers, new builds, and Resident Management Companies (RMCs) and turning them into signed partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline Progression: Qualify warm leads and ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks.
- Proposal Preparation: Craft high-quality, tailored commercial proposals and tender responses.
- Closing: Conduct structured follow-ups, handle client objections, and move opportunities to close.
- CRM & Strategy: Maintain clean records and provide pipeline reporting to help prioritize team efforts.
Who You Are
We are looking for a highly organised "doer" with a sharp mind, a bit of wit, and commercial confidence.
- Solid experience in property management, lettings, client services, or as a negotiator.
- Commercially aware, articulate, and highly organized. A Real Estate degree is a fantastic bonus, but not essential.
- Excellent telephone manner, strong written skills, and a genuine desire to flex your sales muscles.
