Key Responsibilities
Managing day-to-day operations and ensuring top-tier, quality service delivery.
Supervising, mentoring, and supporting the team of carers and office staff.
Liaising with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure needs are met.
Handling staff scheduling, overseeing rotas, and assisting with recruitment.
Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, and SSSC regulations.
Requirements
Right to Work: Permanent, restriction-free Right to Work in the UK is strictly required. No visa sponsorship or transfers are available.
Qualifications: You must be fully qualified and currently registered as a Care Manager with the SSSC.
Profile: We are seeking a highly experienced, locally established manager with a deep understanding of the Edinburgh and Midlothian care landscape.
Transport: A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.
