Your Role and Responsibilities
As an experienced member of the team, you will serve as a stable foundation for young people, utilising your background in care to manage complex needs and foster emotional growth.
Expert Advocacy: Deliver high-standard, 24-hour care tailored to the individual needs of young people.
Behavioural Support: Use your experience to support service users dealing with early trauma and emotional difficulties.
Life Skills Mentorship: Guide young people through daily routines, from educational preparation to developing independence.
Activity Leadership: Lead creative projects and outdoor excursions, ensuring a vibrant and active home life.

What We Need From You
We are looking for a dedicated professional who understands the nuances of the residential care sector and can hit the ground running.
Proven Experience: A solid background in residential childcare, youth work, or a similar specialist care setting.
Resilient Character: You must be patient, warm, and highly skilled in de-escalation and emotional encouragement.
Licensing: A full UK Manual driving licence is an essential requirement for this position.
Regulatory Compliance: You must pass an enhanced PVG check and provide a comprehensive, robust employment history.
