Your Role and Responsibilities
Deliver high-standard, round-the-clock care to vulnerable young people aged 10 to 18.
Support individuals dealing with early developmental trauma and emotional behavioural difficulties (EBD).
Accompany service users to school and various community activities to foster independence.
Maintain clear professional boundaries while adhering strictly to National Care Standards.
Collaborate productively with internal teams to sustain a safe, nurturing, and professional environment.
Adapt to a flexible schedule that includes essential shift patterns such as weekends and holiday periods.
What We Need from You
Experience: A proven background of at least one year working within a residential setting with young people.
Compliance: Must be registered, or willing to register, under the PVG scheme.
Qualifications: Having obtained, or currently working towards, an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or an equivalent qualification) is highly desirable.
Mobility: A full UK driving licence is preferred to facilitate community outings.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with a proactive, resilient attitude.
