        Randstad Technologies are delighted to be partnered with a well known national business on their search for an InfoSec & Data Protection Manager. The role is fully remote (even post CV19) and reports into the Global Head of Compliance. You'll be tasked in building out the 2nd line of defence for the company so must have a well rounded knowledge of; GDPR, PCI-DSS & ISO27001. There is line management responsibility for an InfoSec Officer and a Data Protection officer, although no previous line management experience is required by my client. Although the company is well established and highly successful, the InfoSec function is still fairly immature so you'll have an excellent opportunity to sculpt the department as you see fit. Required skills/experience;Expert level knowledge and tangible practical application of InfoSec compliance (ISMS, ISO27001, PCI-DSS.)Working knowledge of GDPR (not necessarily expert as you are supported by a DPO.)Experience in running InfoSec audits and training programmes.Scoping pen tests (not undertaking them) and incident response. Responsibilities;Build, maintain and deliver a roadmap of InfoSec & Data Protection improvements.Act as the company SME for all things InfoSec.Build out and maintain the company 2nd line of defence.
