Responsible for creating and implementing the communication strategy for promoting the brand .Working closely with Micro Influencers and Ambassadors to communicate what products are coming to the market from our client. The team is constantly building their Communications, Public Relations and Influencer strategies in line with KPIs of earned media value and impressions made on the audience. The RoleAs the communications manager you will be tasked with the following responsibilities, ensuring that there is a communication and influencing strategy in place and that the plans are then implemented successfully. You will be responsible for:The increased levels of coverage in line with set objectives.Growing and continuously building on brand awarenessDeveloping and maintaining excellent relationships with retail partners, target media of print, online, social, influencer and broadcast.Implementing media strategies for new product launches, new store launches and events.The Candidate The successful candidate will have worked in a similar role , bringing their own established portfolio of contacts from the beauty , makeup , skin care and fashion world , to help roll out communication plans for the brand. The candidate will be working with the Social Media Manager to create relevant brand content for all social media pages. Working closely with Ambassadors and Micro influencers to proactively create brand appropriate partnerships, maintaining a creative atmosphere of open and positive communication about the brand. The candidate will:Think Strategically Be a confident communicator Have the ability to lead a teamBe passionate about all things beauty and fashionHave a creative flareTracking successIn this role the candidate will manage and be responsible for the communications budget, tracking expenditures against the set budget. This role is all about increasing the media value of our client, whether that is coverage content or post , the brand is measured on EMV.You will need to proactively seek and host revenue focused events to increase the engagement, stand out content and awareness of the brand.If you are creative, passionate and eager to get your foot in the door with a well established and successful beauty and cosmetics brand and you hold skills and experience as stated above.
