Export Sales Manager - Middle East & Asia

We are seeking a dedicated Export Sales Manager to drive business growth within the Middle East & Asia 2 export territory. In this highly autonomous role, you will become the primary engine for market development, leveraging your expertise to provide high-quality separation and filtration solutions to manufacturers worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Revenue:Achieve ambitious sales budgets through confident selling, precise order management, and accurate forecasting.
- Proactive Prospecting:Utilize CRM tools to identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities.
- Agent Management:Plan, support, and motivate local agents and distributors to maximize regional performance.
- Consultative Selling:Perform detailed needs analyses to present tailored solutions that enhance product quality and production efficiency.
- Market Development:Implement strategic marketing campaigns and represent the company at international trade shows.
- Compliance & Reporting:Ensure all activities align with ISO 9000 procedures and provide insightful reporting to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in outside sales and customer support, ideally within capital process equipment (up to 2 years preferred).
- Experience managing and appointing agents or distributors is highly valued.
- Engineering degree or a solid technical background with experience in production processes.
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English; knowledge of relevant regional languages is a distinct advantage.
- A "will to sell" mindset, characterised by resilience, assertiveness, and a positive, consultative approach.
- Willingness to undertake frequent international travel (approximately 1 week per month).
