Court-Directed Assessments: Utilize expert assessment skills to evaluate family and friends (kinship) foster carers under intense scrutiny, producing robust, analytical reports for legal proceedings.
Fostering Compliance: Apply a deep understanding of National Fostering Regulations and National Minimum Standards to ensure all kinship placements are safe, compliant, and supportive.
Safeguarding Vigilance: Draw on your core child protection experience to identify potential risks, ensuring vulnerable children are robustly protected within family networks.
Duty Rotation: Participate in the team's out-of-hours duty rota as required, providing responsive support to families when urgent matters arise outside normal office hours.
What We Need From You
