We are seeking dedicated Community Support Workers to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide essential, life-enhancing care to individuals in Tayport, St Andrews, and Cupar, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

🗓️ Your Schedule & Earnings
We offer a structured, predictable rota that allows you to plan your life around work, alongside highly competitive rates and extra cash incentives.
- Average Hours: 35 hours per week.
- The Rota (Two-Week Rotating Cycle):
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
- Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- Shift Patterns (Split Shifts): 07:30 - 13:00 & 17:00 - 21:30
- Pay Rates:
- Weekdays: £12.80 per hour
- Weekends: £16.80 per hour
- Overtime Bonuses: Earn an extra £25 per dayshift and £35 per backshift!
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Personalized Care: Provide hands-on daily living support and personal care tailored to individual client needs.
- Medication & Wellbeing: Safely administer prescribed medications and monitor overall client health.
- Community Connection: Accompany clients to medical appointments, social outings, and local activities.
- Communication: Keep accurate, up-to-date daily care records and liaise warmly with families and the wider care team.
✔️ What We Are Looking For
- Driver's License: A valid driving license and access to a reliable vehicle are essential.
- Location: You must live within a 30-minute radius of Tayport, St Andrews, or Cupar.
- Gender-Specific Roles: We are specifically seeking female staff for the Tayport and St Andrews positions due to the personal care requirements of our current clients.*
- Experience: Previous care experience is a plus, but not essential-we provide full, paid training!
- Attributes: A kind heart, a reliable work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
