Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality, engaging English lessons that challenge and inspire pupils of all abilities.
Plan, prepare, and assess coursework and examinations in line with national curriculum standards.
Create a positive, structured, and collaborative learning environment within the classroom.
Support the wider department in curriculum development and sharing best practices.
Contribute to the academy's journey towards outstanding educational achievement.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised UK teaching qualification.
A degree in English or a closely related subject.
A strong understanding of the UK English curriculum across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 experience is a plus).
Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
