Randstad is expanding its Tailored Localised Care Service and requires compassionate Children's Support Workers for residential and community-based assignments across South Wales. We connect experienced practitioners with tailored support packages that prioritise continuity and quality support that deliver the best outcomes for young people.
Summary of Duties
- Delivering targeted care packages for vulnerable young people.
- Assisting with community outings, life skill building, and social activities.
- Supporting young people recovering from adverse childhood experiences (ACEs).
- Working alongside multi-agency teams, social workers, and care managers.
- Providing emotional support to children who can present with challenging behaviours
Essential Criteria
- Prior experience in supporting vulnerable children or adults in complex settings, or specialised social care environments.
- Familiarity with Autism, ADHD, Social Emotional and Behavioural Challenges, behavioural management, or mental health interventions.
- Resilience, empathy, and strict adherence to safeguarding procedures.

- Earn: £16.00 to £20.00 per hour.
