Job Title: Residential Children's Care Worker
Location: Caerphilly, Abertillery and across South Wales
Pay: £16.00 - £20.00 / hr (Weekly Pay)
Hours: Flexible shift options available - Full time hours or pick up as and when you're available

The Role:
Day-to-day work varies based on the young person's care plan:
- In the Community: Taking young people to activities like swimming, parks, and appointments.
- In Residential Care: Supporting children with daily routines, emotional support, and life skills.
- Packages of Care: Focusing on the outcomes of the child, helping them to work through behaviours, establish positive routines and habits, using trauma informed approach and therapeutic approaches to support our young people.
- Family Support: Assisting with supervised visits and 'mother-and-baby' placements in hospital and in the family homes
Are You a Good Fit?

- Experience in youth care, neurodivergent support, or complex behavior settings.
- A calm, resilient, and empathetic approach to emotional challenges.
- Strong awareness of safety and professional boundaries.
