What You'll Be Doing
- Providing tailored support to children and teenagers facing childhood trauma or neurodivergent needs.
- Facilitating safe community integration and accompanying young people on outings.
- Assisting with family supervisions and mother-and-baby care programmes.
- Applying proactive behaviours support techniques to de-escalate challenging situations.
What We're Looking For
- Background in children's residential care, CAMHS, forensic care, or youth rehabilitation.
- Practical understanding of neurodiversity (Autism spectrum, ADHD) and trauma care.
- High emotional intelligence, patience, and unwavering professional standards.
