Responsibilities:
- Patient onboarding: Making the vital first contact with patients to set up accounts and confirm healthcare details.
- Coordination: Arranging initial deliveries and checking in with patients to ensure their orders have arrived safely.
- Liaison: Acting as the bridge between patients, carers, GPs, and Healthcare Professionals to ensure a seamless service.
- Problem solving: Resolving queries via telephone and email with a focus on "Customer Excellence."
- Data management: Meticulously updating patient records and internal databases to track communication and prescriptions.
- On-call support: Participating in a fair, pre-planned rota to provide essential out-of-hours support (overnights and weekends) at an enhanced pay rate.
Your Essential Skills:
- Empathetic nature: You are patient, understanding, and genuinely care about improving the lives of others.
- Communication expert: You possess a professional telephone manner and clear written communication skills.
- IT proficient: Comfortable navigating databases and picking up new systems quickly.
- Customer-centric: Previous experience in a busy customer service environment is essential.

- Reliability: You are comfortable with a rotating shift pattern and the requirement for on-call duties (roughly two overnights and one weekend segment per month).
