Rochdale Borough Council is recruiting an experienced Social Worker to join their Early Help and Safeguarding HUB (EHASH). Offering £39.00 per hour, this role puts you at the front door of Children's Social Care as a primary decision-maker, ensuring families receive the right support at the right time to avoid escalation to specialist services.

- Locality Liaison: Work closely with locality leads to identify community-based early help solutions and prevent unnecessary escalation to statutory services.
- Creative Solution-Focused Practice: Think creatively and proportionately about how families can be supported through early help frameworks and local partner networks.
What We Are Looking For:
- Qualifications & SWE: Recognised Social Work qualification and active registration with Social Work England (SWE).
