We are looking for a resilient, data-driven, and commercially aware HR Operations & Employee Relations Specialist to join our team in Dublin. This role is designed for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the technical agility to manage complex data alongside the emotional intelligence to handle sensitive employee relations.
You will act as a key collaborator within project teams, ensuring that our core HR concepts-ranging from performance achievement to compensation-are delivered with precision and in full alignment with Irish Employment Law.
Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Relations & Legal Compliance
Manage end-to-end Employee Relations (ER) cases, applying a deep understanding of Ireland Employment Law to mitigate risk.
Utilize strong conflict management and negotiation skills to resolve workplace issues effectively and professionally.
Ensure all HR practices remain compliant with local regulations while supporting the commercial needs of the business.
2. HR Core Process Delivery
Execute and support core HR lifecycles, including Career Management, Performance Achievement, and Compensation cycles.
Maintain confidence and composure under pressure, working collaboratively with project teams to address emerging issues.
Adapt quickly to changing business situations, providing proactive solutions that support organizational agility.
3. Data Analysis & Reporting
Leverage Microsoft Excel and Data Analysis techniques to monitor workforce trends and provide actionable insights.
Translate complex data sets into clear, professional presentations for stakeholders.
Maintain high levels of organizational accuracy, ensuring data integrity across all HR systems (with Workday as a primary tool).
4. Communication & Team Collaboration
Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills to influence and engage diverse teams.
Foster a collaborative team environment, contributing to a culture of shared success and continuous improvement.
Build strong internal networks to solve complex issues and navigate the nuances of a high-growth organization.
Technical Skills & Experience
Previous HR experience in a fast-paced, high-volume organization is essential.
Excellent understanding of Employee Relations and Ireland Employment Law.
Knowledge of HR core concepts such as career management, performance achievement, and compensation frameworks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data consolidation, validation, and analysis.
Strong Presentation skills, with the ability to summarize information for various audience levels.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Commercial understanding and an ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.
Workday knowledge is considered a significant advantage.
