The Role
We are looking for a data-driven HR Operations Manager to lead our People services across Ireland and the UK. You will be responsible for the "operational engine" of the HR department-ensuring compliance, streamlining processes through automation, and leading a high-performing team to deliver an exceptional employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Manage and develop the HR Operations team across Ireland and the UK, ensuring resilience and balanced workload management.
Compliance & Governance: Act as the lead for multi-jurisdictional compliance (Employment Law, GDPR, EU Directives). Ensure all HR data and payroll flows are audit-ready.
Operational Excellence: Champion process standardization and automation. Use data-driven insights to identify inefficiencies and enhance digital HR tools.
Lifecycle Management: Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding to offboarding) and rewards administration.
Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with HR Business Partners to ensure operational support is integrated with strategic business initiatives.
Requirements
Education: Degree in HR or Business (NFQ Level 8) plus CIPD Level 7 or a Postgraduate HR qualification.
Experience: Proven experience in HR Operations leadership, ideally with multi-jurisdictional (IE/UK) exposure.
Skills: Strong understanding of employment law and GDPR; experience with HRIS optimization and process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma is a plus).
