Key Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day operations and ensuring top-tier, quality service delivery.
- Supervising, mentoring, and supporting the team of carers and office staff.
- Liaising with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure needs are met.
- Handling staff scheduling, overseeing rotas, and assisting with recruitment.
- Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, and SSSC regulations.
Requirements
- Right to Work: Permanent, restriction-free Right to Work in the UK is strictly required. No visa sponsorship or transfers are available.
- Qualifications: You must be fully qualified and currently registered as a Care Manager with the SSSC.
- Profile: We are seeking a highly experienced, locally established manager with a deep understanding of the Edinburgh and Midlothian care landscape.
- Transport: A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.
