Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Essential background in a residential care setting directly supporting children or young people.
- Compliance: Active PVG scheme membership (or full commitment to registering prior to starting).
- Qualifications: SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Licence: A valid, full UK driving licence is strongly preferred to assist with community transport.
- Skills: Excellent communication abilities, emotional resilience, and a proactive attitude.
