About the Role

Are you passionate about cloud technologies and solving complex technical puzzles? We are looking for a skilled Support Engineer (VM) to help define and implement the robust support services required to win in today's competitive cloud marketplace. In this role, you will be the technical backbone for our customers, ensuring exceptional service availability and quality across modern cloud infrastructures.

What You Will Do

• Provide Expert Support: Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues regarding Virtual Machine (VM) availability, performance, scalability, and security.
• Perform Deep-Dive Analysis: Conduct Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) strictly aligned with customer requirements to prevent future occurrences.
• Navigate Complex Scenarios: Resolve multifaceted technical challenges that integrate various cloud capabilities (Virtual Machines, Storage, Networking, etc.).
• Collaborate Across Teams: Lead integrations with specialized internal cloud support talent and engineering groups to resolve highly specific, ecosystem-wide technical issues.

What You Need to Succeed (Requirements)

• Virtualization Expertise: A strong core understanding of virtualization technologies. Experience working with major cloud providers (such as VMware, AWS, GCP, or similar platforms) is highly preferred.
• OS & Infrastructure Mastery: Proven experience with Windows Server or Linux environments (CentOS, Ubuntu, RHEL, etc.).
• Foundational Knowledge: A solid grasp of Operating System concepts, Active Directory, Networking, and Storage principles.
• Cloud IaaS Experience: Prior experience with Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) environments (such as Azure or equivalent) is highly preferred.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting.
• Familiarity with JSON template deployments.
