The Opportunity
In this role, you will go beyond basic technical support to resolve complex deployment, onboarding, and configuration issues across enterprise customer environments. Working within a fast-paced, global framework, you will troubleshoot cloud, server, endpoint, and network infrastructures to ensure robust security and compliance platform health.
Your Impact
- Rapid Mitigation: Scope and troubleshoot complex configuration issues, implementing workarounds to quickly resolve outages and service interruptions.
- Advisory & Log Analysis: Interpret and analyze deep log data to diagnose root causes, advising enterprise customers on product capabilities to prevent future issues.
- Process Standardization: Author detailed technical runbooks and troubleshooting guides to standardize processes and scale knowledge across teams.
Your Experience
- Professional Background: 2+ years of experience in Network Security Engineering, Systems Administration, or enterprise-level technical customer support.
- Microsoft Security Stack: L100-level proficiency in at least two technologies: Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Identity, Defender for Cloud Apps, or Microsoft 365 Defender.
- OS & Cloud Systems: 1+ years of experience administering Windows Server, Active Directory, or Azure AD, alongside hands-on enterprise cloud security and networking experience.
- Key Competencies: Exceptional documentation skills, log analysis capabilities, crisis management, and the ability to thrive in a highly matrixed, fast-paced environment.
